Where do appointments take place?
All of our 1:1 web-based consultations are held online through our HIPAA compliant portal, which also has a free downloadable app. If you have a mobile device with a camera, i.e. a phone, tablet or computer, than you’re ready to engage with us. You choose where you’d like your consultation to occur—in your office or in the comfort of your own home, for example.
What can I expect during that virtual consultation?
Expect to use the camera and speakers on your device to connect and interact with the dietitian. Our consultations typically begin with a few follow-up questions from the information that you provide to your dietitian prior to your first meeting. Next, your dietitian will guide you to set some personalized goals and then together, you’ll develop a unique plan to meet your goals.
Do you accept insurance, Medicare or Medicaid?
No we do not. However we are happy to provide you with the necessary documents to provide to your insurance provider. We strongly encourage you to research coverage specifically for “tele-nutrition services” with your insurance carrier prior to booking an appointment with us.
What is the cost of services?
We specialize in highly customized nutrition plans for our patients. Initial virtual consultations typically begin at $200.00 whereas return virtual consultations typically begin at $75.00.
Who can book an appointment?
South Carolina and Texas residents. We are a Dallas based company who serves adults and children living in Texas and South Carolina.
Do you offer in person dietitian services?
Yes! From time to time, we do consult with families, doctors, personal trainers, organizations and companies who need our expertise. Let us know about your specific needs and we’ll be happy to discuss our services with you.
